Camille won a research fellowship in Russian Area Studies from Georgetown University and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Russian from Northwestern University.
As a part of Omdia’s digital enterprise services practice, Hansa covers systems integration and digital services around emerging technologies such as AI/ML, data analytics, IoT, application modernization, and digital transformation. She advises enterprises on transformation approaches and best practices and vendors on go-to-market strategies.
Hansa has been a part of Omdia (formerly Ovum) since 2008. Her areas of expertise include market and competitive intelligence around application and systems integration services, outsourcing trends, service provider strategies, global and offshore service delivery and engagement models, and vendor management and governance. She previously worked as a sourcing and vendor management analyst at Forrester Research. Hansa holds an MBA in finance and a bachelors in English from Gujarat University.
Practice Leader, Workspace Services
Pauline Trotter is practice leader for Workspace Services within Omdia’s Enterprise Services team, bringing together the mobility services and unified communications and collaboration research streams.
Pauline specializes in enterprise mobility, managed mobility services, and mobile-centric UC. In particular, she focuses on unified communications services, and managed and SME services. She also contributes to Omdia’s research on the Internet of Things.
Pauline has worked on a number of telecommunications consulting assignments for service providers, vendors, and business users.
Her recent research includes a decision matrix for companies looking to select a mobile workspace service provider, a tool that tracks service provider deals in IoT, and insight into enterprise trends in mobility.
Brian Washburn works in the service provider—enterprise and wholesale group, supporting its enterprise networks and wholesale, workspace services, and digital enterprise services practices.
Brian has covered communications and networking services for nearly 30 years and has been with Omdia (previously Ovum) for three years. His coverage spans how enterprises buy and use network and related managed services, as well as how providers can build, market and sell, deliver, and operate their services for enterprises most effectively.
Senior Principal Analyst
Tim Banting is a Senior Principal Analyst in workspace services within Omdia's enterprise services team and focuses on unified communications and collaboration research. Tim provides Omdia's clients with insights and intelligence to help them compete more effectively in the collaboration and unified communications market.
Tim joined the company in 2019 and has extensive experience in the unified communications and collaboration field, having held presales, technical, competitive marketing, business development, and senior product management roles. Before joining Informa Tech (now Omdia), Tim worked at GlobalData. He started his career in sales and training roles relating to unified communications and worked as a contact center consultant at Rockwell and in business development and market intelligence roles at Cisco during the industry's transition from digital to IP PBXs. He has also held positions as a senior product manager for Microsoft and the head of business development at NextiraOne.
Head of Quality & Performance
David is Omdia's Principal Analyst for the wholesale telecoms team, focusing on the wholesale telecoms market dynamics, the market players, and their strategies and portfolios. David is also Omdia’s Head of Quality and Performance. David has provided clients with analyses and insights into the wholesale customer segmentation, service portfolios, and innovation.
David has been a member of Omdia’s wholesale research team since 2003. He has led research in the strategies of wholesale players, has devised forecast models, and has undertaken studies on many different wholesale telecoms topics.
He has also spoken at and chaired wholesale telecoms seminars, briefings, and conferences around the world.
Prior to joining Omdia (formerly Ovum) in 1999, he has worked for Logica, Kingston-SCL, and Aspect Communications.
David has a computing degree from Imperial College London and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.
