Camille won a research fellowship in Russian Area Studies from Georgetown University and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Russian from Northwestern University.
Principal Analyst, Digital Enterprise Services
As a part of Omdia’s digital enterprise services practice, Hansa covers systems integration and digital services around emerging technologies such as AI/ML, data analytics, IoT, application modernization, and digital transformation. She advises enterprises on transformation approaches and best practices and vendors on go-to-market strategies.
Hansa has been a part of Omdia (formerly Ovum) since 2008. Her areas of expertise include market and competitive intelligence around application and systems integration services, outsourcing trends, service provider strategies, global and offshore service delivery and engagement models, and vendor management and governance. She previously worked as a sourcing and vendor management analyst at Forrester Research. Hansa holds an MBA in finance and a bachelors in English from Gujarat University.

Before joining Informa Tech (now Omdia), Tim worked at GlobalData. He started his career in sales and training roles relating to unified communications and worked as a contact center consultant at Rockwell and in business development and market intelligence roles at Cisco during the industry's transition from digital to IP PBXs. He has also held positions as a senior product manager for Microsoft and the head of business development at NextiraOne.
