As a part of smartphone intelligence team, Anna focuses on mobile device research in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Anna covers smartphone shipments and mobile technology trends and examines company strategies. She contributes to the smartphone intelligence service and keeps a regional focus on the European and Russian smartphone markets.
Ms. Ahrens joined Omdia in January 2019 with more than 10 years of experience in the electronic components industry, including roles in forecasting, market intelligence, business development, and product management for display devices. Previously, she worked at Samsung Semiconductors Europe. Ms. Ahrens holds a Bachelor of Applied Linguistics and Cultural Studies from the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany. She is based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and is fluent in German, English, and Russian.
As part of Omdia's service provider markets and technology team in Hyderabad, India, Shreyas maintains trackers that include telco-OTT partnerships, broadband pricing, handset pricing, telco-TV benchmarks, and consumer provider revenue trackers. He also works on visualizing summaries for trackers and forecasts.
Prior to joining Omdia, formerly Ovum, as an associate analyst in August 2018, Shreyas interned with the company's IT tools and insight team. In that role, he tracked contracts signed in the IT services markets.
Shreyas holds a two-year MBA in marketing from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He graduated as a mechanical engineer from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST), Hyderabad.
