Senior Research Associate
Amni is a senior research associate in Omdia’s research operations team. Amni assists in providing research and analysis support for various research products in service providers and the IoT market.
In particular, she tracks telco news from third-tier countries and records SME bundles from enterprises. She also oversees the telecom IT contracts database and produces reports on IoT applications; she is also familiar with the smart cities market.
Prior to joining Omdia, formerly IHS Technology, Amni was a graduate trainee in Celcom Axiata. Amni holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Aberystwyth University, UK.

Prabhusmita Mahanty
Analyst
Prabhusmita Mahanty is an Analyst and member of Omdia’s research operations team. She works on IT services and telecom contracts tools. She joined Omdia in Jan 2023.
She has over 5 years of experience in technology and market research areas, covering healthcare, retail, automotive, and technology sectors. Before joining Omdia, she worked with the analyst relations team of Infosys, where she focused on market intelligence, company profiling, M&A analysis, and competitor analysis across cloud, AI, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital workplace transformation, and engineering services areas. She has also previously worked at SiliconIndia. Prabhusmita holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from BPUT University, Odisha.
Gaurav Singh
Analyst
As an analyst on Omdia's IT tools and insights team, Gaurav works primarily on the Telecom Vendor Contract Analysis (TVCA) service. He is responsible for tracking telecom vendor contracts globally and updating the TVCA database. Gaurav also works on consulting projects specific to ISP, fixed and mobile networks.
Gaurav joined Omdia in December 2019 and is based in India. Before that, Gaurav spent four years supporting Nokia as a field manager, where he managed all the network deployment and operational support activities for various telecom operators. Gaurav has a postgraduate diploma in telecoms management and a bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering.
