Mashapari Benny Paul Prajeev
As part of the IT tools and insights team, Benny Paul focuses on IT services industry analysis, forecasts, market sizing and services evaluation, specializing in application services for large enterprises. He is responsible for research, analysis and regular reporting of market trends and competitive data across areas such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
His key areas of expertise include telecoms and IT services contracts evaluation and industry analysis. Prior to joining Omdia, formerly Ovum, in May 2014, he worked as a market research analyst at Datamonitor, involved in primary and secondary research around product development and strategic initiatives within the technology and telecom domain. Benny holds a Master of Information Sstems (MIS) degree from Central Queensland University, Australia and bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University, India."
Anushree Agarwal is an Analyst and member of the IT Tools and Insights team. She works on the IT Service Contracts Analytics (ITSCA) service. She tracks IT services contracts globally and updates the ITSCA database. Anushree also supports the Banking Software Contracts Analytics (BSCA) service.
Anushree has more than 10 years of experience in market research and has authored several reports identifying and analyzing IT service contracts and other IT service trends. Prior to joining Omdia in 2013, Anushree was a senior analyst with the MarketLine unit of Cognizant, where she worked on company profiles and SWOT analysis projects, as well as news coverage and content in the retail, energy, and technology verticals. Anushree holds a postgraduate diploma in management from the All India Management Association (AIMA) and a bachelor's degree in commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
