Neil joined Omdia in March 2020, following more than 20 years of experience researching ICT markets. Before joining Omdia, he was an engagement manager at International Planning and Research in Waltham, Massachusetts, where he assisted leading global technology companies in their strategic planning decisions by estimating their technology product market positions and forecasting market opportunities. Before IPR, Neil was a telecommunications industry analyst for KMI/PennWell in Newport and Providence, Rhode Island, where he estimated and forecast markets for fiber-optic cable and optoelectronic equipment for telecom clients. Neil holds a Master of Arts in international economics from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C.

Adam Holtby covers enterprise mobility and the digital workplace as part of the Omdia Workspace Services team. His research is focused on understanding and analyzing mobile technologies and services and their impact on the modern workplace.
Adam delivers research focused on helping enterprises, vendors, and service providers understand how mobility is affects the workplace. Adam develops quantitative and qualitative insights on the critical role that connectivity, mobile management, workplace productivity, and mobile security capabilities have in helping modern businesses deliver against important digital initiatives. Adam’s expertise also extends to employee support, with a focus on how service management tools, services, and approaches are evolving in response to changing workstyles.
Senior Research Manager, Americas Markets
As part of the service provider markets team, Ari manages the Americas group and covers the telecom and digital services markets in Latin America. His research focuses on mobile and fixed operator strategies, including approaches to 5G, fixed broadband, and IoT.
Ari provides analysis of developments in the Latin American telecom market, particularly Brazil. Prior to joining the company in 2012, he worked as a senior financial analyst for Google, pricing manager for Oi and Brasil Telecom, and pricing analyst for Vivo.
He holds a degree in economics from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a Master of Science in communications management from the University of Strathclyde.
