As a part of Omdia's Enterprise IT Management and Architecture IS, Hansa covers topics of importance to technology and business decision-makers. Digital transformation strategies, legacy modernization, systems integration and digital services around emerging technologies feature heavily in her research. She also leads Omdia's Enterprise Technology Advisory Service - a decision-maker focused service where she advises enterprises on digital transformation strategies and best practices. Hansa is the creative force behind the Omdia Digital Leaders Podcast which she also co-hosts. The podcast demystifies technology and business processes, practices, and solutions that impact digital transformation and leading a digital business.
Hansa has been a part of Omdia (formerly Ovum) since 2008. Her areas of expertise include transformation strategies and best practices, application modernization and systems integration services, outsourcing, global and offshore service delivery and engagement models, and vendor management and governance. She previously worked as a sourcing and vendor management analyst at Forrester Research. Hansa holds an MBA in finance and a bachelors in English from Gujarat University.

Terry White
Associate Chief Analyst
Terry White is an associate senior analyst at Omdia, focusing on the enterprise IT domain. He advises CIOs and other executives on the organization, processes, and management of IT in the enterprise and specializes in IT strategy, agile IT, IT organization and models, and IT finance. Terry has worked with Omdia for over 10 years, specializing in enterprise IT in the Africa region. He has recently joined Omdia and covers IT operational and organizational models, IT finance, IT governance, IT strategy, IT portfolio management, benefits and value realization, and business cases. Recently, Terry has become deeply involved in agile IT and disruptive technologies – especially the effects on the wider organization and the wider implications on IT organizations, operating models, financing, and capabilities.

Al Blake
Principal Analyst
Al Blake is Principal Analyst in Omdia’s Enterprise IT practice. Al has more than 20 years of executive experience in delivering IT services for a range of scientific, educational and government organisations.
Prior to joining Omdia, Al was the chief technology officer for the Government of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) where he provided leadership and direction to a large, diverse technical team with accountability for delivering technology services to a user base of 22,000 government workers. Al held senior executive roles at the federal level, including as chief information officer for the Department of the Environment, where he was responsible for developing and implementing the department’s IT strategy in addition to overseeing cybersecurity, governance, and compliance.
