Paul Lambert works in the Europe team at Omdia, formerly Ovum, focusing on the telecoms industry. He specializes in operator strategies, new technologies, and mobile broadband best practices. Paul also specializes in the implications resulting from eSIM and the evolving capabilities of mobile broadband. His recent reports have examined eSIM, 5G, LoRA, and IoT.
With a keen interest in 4G, Paul continually evaluates the options open to operators moving to 4G voice and what this means in the context of OTT players’ focus on enhancing their core telephony features. He also edits the Omdia Global Telecoms Daily news publication.

Analyst
Sameeraja works for both IT and telecom teams. She has worked on products including Smart Wi-Fi, OTT Communications Tracker, AI Innovation Tracker, World Cellular Handset Tracker, SWOT profiles, and consulting projects. Her key areas of work include secondary research, data collection, data modelling, and SWOT profile updates.
Sameeraja joined Informa (now Omdia) on January 2, 2020. Her main areas of expertise are secondary research, industry analysis, data analysis, forecasting, and report writing. She provides insights through in-depth secondary research and analysis. Sameeraja holds eight years’ experience in market research. Prior to Omdia, she worked at Gateway Media Pvt. Ltd., Amazon, and Progressive Digital Media. She developed the taxonomy that is used in creating insurance industry databases. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a bachelor’s degree in sciences from Osmania University.
