Senior Analyst, Service Provider Networks
Adam Mackenzie is a senior analyst for Omdia’s Service Provider Network Evolution Service. His research includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis on telco network capex and opex trends and vendor opportunities.
Adam joined Omdia in 2022. Before working at Omdia, Adam worked at Analysys Mason, spending time in the data, networks, and SMB teams. Adam holds a Master of Arts in economics from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
Gaurav Singh
Analyst
As an analyst on Omdia's IT tools and insights team, Gaurav works primarily on the Telecom Vendor Contract Analysis (TVCA) service. He is responsible for tracking telecom vendor contracts globally and updating the TVCA database. Gaurav also works on consulting projects specific to ISP, fixed and mobile networks.
Gaurav joined Omdia in December 2019 and is based in India. Before that, Gaurav spent four years supporting Nokia as a field manager, where he managed all the network deployment and operational support activities for various telecom operators. Gaurav has a postgraduate diploma in telecoms management and a bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering.
Gaurav Chaudhary

Gaurav, an analyst based in India, is part of Omdia’s service provider team. He covers topics such as innovative telco services, 5G broadband pricing, consumer AI, smart home and smart Wi-Fi trends, IoT, and revenue forecasts, among others.
Gaurav has around three years of market research experience across the ICT industry. Before joining Informa, he worked with GlobalData Research Center. Gaurav has strong experience in market research and analysis, tracking key industry trends, vendor analyses, market sizing, and report writing. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Nagpur University and a master’s degree in telecoms from Sri Balaji Society, Pune.
