Prior to joining Informa (now Omdia), formerly Ovum, in 2015, Sarah was a senior researcher at Pearlfinders, analyzing and advising on trends in the IT, telecoms, and technology markets. She holds a degree in natural sciences from the University of Durham.

Prior to joining Omdia in 2021, Gourab worked at research and consulting firms including Frost & Sullivan and GlobalData, where he monitored and analyzed trends across telecom, media, and technology sectors. He holds a degree in telecom management from Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management in Pune, India.
