Associate Analyst
Prashanth is an associate analyst in Omdia's IT Data Tools & Insights team. Prashanth primarily works on the Telco OSS/BSS Contracts Analytics tool. He focuses on tracking OSS/BSS contracts in various geographies across the globe. Prashanth has two years of experience in business and market research, covering the telecoms, aerospace and defense, automobile, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Omdia in 2016, he was involved in company profiling projects and data support. He holds a master's degree in aviation (mechanical stream) from JNTU Hyderabad and an MBA from Holy Mary Business School in Hyderabad.

Sonia Agnese
Senior Principal Analyst, LATAM Service Provider Markets
Sonia Agnese has over 25 years’ experience in the TMT industry. Based in Argentina, she is a TMT public policy and regulatory expert with a strategy, research, and consulting background. She examines international trends and market developments, specializing in Latin America.
Prior to joining Omdia, formerly Ovum, in 2014, Sonia was responsible for regulatory evolution and strategy for the Telecom Argentina Group. She previously worked as a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen and at Deloitte.
Sonia has an Accounting (Hons.) and Economics degree and holds an MBA from CEMA University, Buenos Aires. Sonia is an honorary professor at postgraduate programs in key universities and telecommunications programs in Argentina.
Sonia is also a judge of the GSMA’s Global Mobile Awards as well as a frequent speaker at several Latin American and international forums.

Kristin Paulin
Principal Analyst, North American Markets
As part of Omdia’s service provider markets team, Kristin Paulin covers the North American mobile and fixed telecoms markets, particularly service provider strategies, product and service launches, and network deployments.
Kristin’s research covers key developments in North America, including 5G, digital strategies, service plans and pricing, market dynamics, and service provider strategic initiatives through thought leadership pieces, as well as operator and market profile reports. She also works on market forecasts, and provides support and insight to key audiences with quarterly data from Omdia’s World Information Series database.
Kristin has over 16 years’ experience in the telecoms sector. Before joining Omdia, Kristin was a market research analyst at semiconductor start-up PrairieComm, and Freescale Semiconductor.
Kristin has a BS in environmental studies from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA in marketing from North Park University, Chicago.

Ari Lopes
Senior Research Manager, Americas Markets
As part of the service provider markets team, Ari manages the Americas group and covers the telecom and digital services markets in Latin America. His research focuses on mobile and fixed operator strategies, including approaches to 5G, fixed broadband, and IoT.
Ari provides analysis of developments in the Latin American telecom market, particularly Brazil. Prior to joining the company in 2012, he worked as a senior financial analyst for Google, pricing manager for Oi and Brasil Telecom, and pricing analyst for Vivo.
He holds a degree in economics from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and a Master of Science in communications management from the University of Strathclyde.

Ajinkya Yadav
Analyst, Service Providers and Markets
Ajinkya extracts and provides information such as mobile, broadband, and voice subscribers and their respective revenue, capex, and ARPU. He also provides other operational and financial KPI information for the North America and Latin America & the Caribbean telecoms markets.
Ajinkya is a perceptive market research analyst with 2.5 years of experience in the research and consulting industry. He is adept at providing quantitative and qualitative research for the telecom market in the Americas. His area of expertise lies in American cellular and broadband information, and he analyzes telecom operators’ quarterly results. Ajinkya provides insights into product/service launches, M&A updates, and technological improvements in the telecom market. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and MBA in marketing from Pune University. He previously worked with GlobalData Plc as an analyst in its technology team.

Rohan Satpute
Analyst
Rohan Satpute is a research analyst and member of the Service Providers team for the Americas region. He is responsible for providing competitive analysis, market research, and forecasting of the Americas telecom market.
Rohan has more than four years of experience in business consulting and market research across TMT sectors. Before joining Omdia, Rohan worked with GD Research Center Pvt. Ltd. as an analyst for the TMT-Technology domain. He has experience in market estimation and forecasting, business consulting, technology database, and sales and marketing experience of ICT products. Rohan holds a master’s degree in business administration in marketing from Sinhgad Institute of Management, Pune, and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Pune University.
