Min Lai

Senior Data Engineer

With about 20 years’ development experience, Min Lai develops and maintains numerous data solutions and tools to help Omdia deliver high-quality products. She also supports the SSIS data uploading tool, iTools, Trax, Siphon tools for Economic Concept Reports (ECR), and production processes for deliverables such as the Competitive Landscaping Tools and Application Market Forecast Tools. 

Min has strong skills in SQL Server, Oracle, VB.net, Excel, Access, VBA, SSIS, Power Query, Power BI, and Alterxy. She is adept at developing and maintaining various data models, databases, applications, and tools to deliver accurate data, automation, and high-quality reports for the customers. Before joining Omdia, formerly IHS Markit, in 2007, Min worked as an information specialist in the Technology Evaluation Center of IBM and as a consulting VB programmer/analyst in Argent Funds Group. She holds an Apache Cassandra Professional Certification.
