Before that, Guang held positions in R&D, standardization, and project management in several leading telecom players, including Orange Labs and ZTE, among others.
Guang received his Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees in telecom and information systems from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
