She started her career at Tianma Group as an LCD module design engineer, then became manager of product design and development. She transferred to the marketing department as an analyst for mobile phone displays and then for automotive displays. Joy has a bachelor’s degree in automation from Beihang University, a major public research institution in China. She also holds a master’s degree in business management from Renmin University of China.
