In the most recent development in late August, the share of Telekom Malaysia (TM) in DNB has been terminated because it was unable to get approval from its shareholders to finalize the share subscription agreement (SSA) by August 21, 2024. Another appeal for an extension until December 31, 2024 was filed by TM, but the appeal has been turned down by DNB because this is the second time an extension has been requested:
