Apple launched its Vision Pro in February 2024, but its shipment should only reach about 500,000 units owing to its expensive price and inadequate user experience. Apple has postponed the launch of Vision Pro 2 from 2026 to 2028 or later. The new version will feature RGB OLEDoS with over 3,000 PPI. Apple attempted to diversify its Vision Pro lineup to include virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to grow demand with appropriate specifications and pricing.
