Loyalty programs have been around for quite some time, and they definitely play a role in affecting consumers’ choices. According to Omdia’s 2024 Digital Consumer Insights: Asia survey, when it comes to choosing a mobile plan, 67% of respondents indicated that loyalty programs affect their decision-making when choosing a mobile plan.
