Initial modeling projects light-vehicle sales in June to post a 16.0-million-unit seasonally adjusted annual rate, which would top May’s 15.9 million and April’s 15.8 million. The second quarter is forecast to total a 15.9-million SAAR, up from Q1’s 15.3 million and highest for any quarter since Q2-2021’s 16.9 million.
