Ivy Sun focuses on global smart infrastructure research, including building and physical security domain, covering markets such as hardware, software, connectivity, and services. She is also a recognized international speaker who has made several speeches to provide industry-leading insights for global conferences and client events.
Ivy has accumulated years of researching and consulting experience in TMT domain, including physical security and public safety, AI analytics, display technology, cloud and IoT etc. For the consulting side, she has participated in different types of projects, such as independent market research, strategy design, commercial due diligence, and competitive analysis.
Prior to joining Omdia, she was an analyst at Corning and a marketing and research manager at Ping An Securities. Ivy holds a master’s degree from Peking University (China) and is based in Shenzhen, China.
