Senior Business Information Analyst

Since 2020, Li Fen has been working as a business information analyst for the Penang Research Operations team. Her responsibilities include developing methodologies, implementing frameworks, and measuring the quality and performance of the business to achieve operational excellence. Joining in October 2018, Li Fen started her career in IHS Technology as a research analyst focusing on smart cities, LED video displays, 5G technology, LED, and semiconductor. Prior to joining the company, she was an analyst for a wealth information intelligence firm.

Li Fen holds a master's degree in economics management from the University of Science Malaysia and a bachelor's degree in economics from University Putra Malaysia. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay, she is based in Penang, Malaysia.
