Pablo Tomasi

Principal Analyst, Private Networks

Pablo Tomasi is a Principal Analyst in the Service Providers Enterprise And Wholesale practice, where he leads the company’s research on private 5G networks, 5G monetization, and innovative enterprise technologies and solutions. He helps clients with their strategic decisions by providing in-depth analysis of innovative technologies, strategies, regulations, and emerging ecosystems in the enterprise market.

Before his current role, he worked as a senior analyst in the IoT team, covering Industrial IoT (IIoT) and service provider strategies. Prior to joining Omdia, formerly Ovum, in 2019, Pablo was a senior analyst at ABI Research and IHS Markit, where he reported on service providers’ vertical market opportunities, IoT, and smart cities. Pablo has spoken at numerous events, including MWC, Total Telecom Congress, Private Networks in a 5G World, Network X, and Smart Cities Week.  

Adeline Phua

Principal Analyst, Network Transformation Services

Adeline Phua is a principal analyst at Omdia, focusing on the enterprise networking market. She looks beyond the numbers to find business and tech insights on what is driving change in the enterprise network market. Adeline is based in Singapore.

Prior to taking up this role, Adeline led research around network transformation for service providers and enterprises at Omdia.

She also had 10 years of experience at IDC covering the service provider and enterprise networking market in Asia Pacific. She took a short break from the analyst world to join the Ministry of Communication and Information, overlooking ICT sector research before coming back Omdia.

Hwee-Xian Tan

Senior Analyst

Hwee-Xian is a senior analyst with Omdia’s service provider enterprise and wholesale service team. He focuses on the SoHo and SME intelligence services, providing analysis and data to help service providers benefit from market opportunities, and general trend analysis in the Asian ICT services market.

Before joining Omdia (formerly Ovum), Hwee-Xian was a senior analyst for IDC’s Asia/Pacific telecoms group, where he led telecoms services, managed services, unified communications, and collaboration trackers for a broad portfolio of customers across the region. His responsibilities included delivering innovative customized research, project management, and presales product marketing on telecoms operators and infrastructure vendors. Hwee-Xian holds a bachelor’s degree in human ecology and a master’s degree in business administration. He is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
