Eric Krapf has been content director for Omdia’s digital workplace practice since January 2021. In this role, he oversees the work of the practice’s analysts. He also serves as GM of Enterprise Connect, the leading event in the enterprise communications industry, and as publisher of the No Jitter media site.
His career in enterprise communications and collaboration dates to 1996, when he became managing editor of Business Communications Review (BCR) magazine. From 2004 to 2007, he was the magazine’s editor. BCR was a highly respected journal of the business technology and communications industry. Eric became the founding editor of the No Jitter website in 2007 and took over as publisher in 2015. Eric started his career in B2B tech media as managing editor and senior editor of America’s Network magazine, covering the public telecommunications industry. Prior to working in tech media, he was a reporter and editor at newspapers in Connecticut and Texas.
