In this opinion, we discuss Amdocs questioning of easy "plug and play" for FWA. Behind much of telcos’ 5G FWA marketing is the fact that “plug and play” installation is easy to set up in the home. Not so, claims Amdocs head of Home OS, Amir Lapid. He says FWA can create a lot of technical challenges for customers while onboarding and consuming the service.
