Cindy Whelan

Cindy Whelan leads the Enterprise Networks and Wholesale team, heading research focusing on service provider and vendor strategies across enterprise wide area network (WAN), local area network (LAN), and wholesale services. 

Cindy joined Omdia in 2019 and specializes in the crossover between the carrier wholesale and enterprise markets, particularly focused on enterprise data network services, service provider channel strategies, and wholesale market dynamics. Cindy has more than 25 years of experience in the telecoms industry. Prior to joining Omdia, Cindy was a principal analyst at GlobalData, covering service provider network services, wholesale, and unified communications and collaborations. She has also held sales and marketing roles at several communication solution vendors including Juniper Networks and MRV Communications.
