Rob Gallagher directs Omdia’s global research on digital consumer services. He leads an international team spanning six research practices: Media & Entertainment; Broadband & Multiplay; Communications & Social; Smart Living; Payments; and Consumer Technology.
As a member of Omdia’s research leadership team, Rob is also responsible for helping define and deliver on the company’s overarching research agenda, product strategy, and long-term vision. Rob began his career in 2000 as a journalist reporting on the then-nascent markets for internet access and e-commerce. Since joining the company in 2003, he has led the expansion of coverage of an ever-growing array of innovative consumer services and technologies.
